Learn Servantium hands-on with interactive in-app tutorials that highlight every screen and feature. Context-sensitive guides replace long manuals—your team learns by doing.

Servantium includes an interactive onboarding system designed to help you and your team get up to speed quickly. Rather than reading long manuals, you can follow guided tours directly within the application.

Interactive Tutorials

Interactive tutorials (powered by tutorial_coach_mark) highlight key parts of the screen and provide step-by-step instructions on how to use them.

Finding Tutorials

Tutorials are context-sensitive. They appear only when there is specific training available for the screen you are currently viewing.

Look for the Help (?) button in the top app bar, located next to your profile menu.

  • Button Visible: There is an interactive tutorial available for this screen.
  • Button Hidden: No specific tutorial is available for this screen yet.

Starting a Tutorial

  1. Navigate to a main screen (e.g., Dashboard, Engagements, or Settings).

  2. If the Help (?) button appears in the top bar, click it.

  3. The screen will dim, and a high-contrast spotlight will focus on the first key element.

  4. Read the instructional text and click Next (or tap the highlighted area) to proceed through the tour.

  5. You can click Skip at any time to end the tutorial early.

Common Tutorials

Currently, Servantium provides interactive walkthroughs for:

  • The Dashboard: Understanding stat cards and activity feeds.
  • Creating Engagements: A guided flow through the engagement creation dialog.
  • The Navigation Rail: Learning how to switch between different app sections.
  • The Settings Screen: Configuring your organization for the first time.

Support Resources

Beyond the interactive tutorials, you can always access:

  • Documentation: You are reading it now! Use the Search bar to find specific topics.
  • In-App Help: Some complex fields include helper icons or hover tooltips to explain their purpose.
  • Video Guides: Check the Videos section for recorded walkthroughs.
