Organization & Profile
Configure organization name, address, contact details, and auto-numbering for engagements and quotes. Manage your personal Servantium profile and notification preferences.
Quickstart
To configure your organization, navigate to the gear icon in the sidebar and select the Info tab. To manage your personal settings, click your name in the top bar to open the Profile menu.

Organization info
The Info tab contains the foundational details for your organization. These values are used across the system, including in document generation and for institutional memory.

| Name | The official display name of your organization. |
| Resource Planning Interval | The default granularity (Day, Week, or Month) for new resource plans. |
| Description | A brief summary of your organization’s focus. |
| Address | Physical headquarters address for use in quotes and documents. |
| Phone | Primary contact number. |
| Centralized organization email. | |
| Website | Official website URL. |
| Auto Numbering | Configure automatic sequential numbering for specific objects (e.g., engagements). Define the object type and the starting number. When enabled, the Name field on creation forms automatically becomes read-only and displays a lock icon. |
The Resource Planning Interval setting is a powerful default. While individual plans can override it, setting this to your most common planning cadence (e.g., “Week”) saves significant time during project setup.
Profile settings
Your personal profile is the gateway to your work across different organizations.
- Email: Your authenticated login email. This is currently read-only.
- Organizations: A comprehensive list of every Servantium organization you have been granted access to.
- Selected Organization: The active context. All data displayed in the dashboard and guides is specific to this selection.
- Display Name: How you appear to colleagues in engagements and audit logs.
Switching organizations
If you manage multiple service lines or work across different business units, you can switch contexts instantly.
- Click your name/avatar in the top navigation bar.
- Select a different organization from the dropdown list.
- The application will reload, updating all screens, templates, and data to reflect the new selection.
