Dashboard & Navigation
Get an at-a-glance view of your engagement pipeline, pending quotes, total value, and recent activity. Learn how to navigate Servantium quickly from the dashboard home.
The dashboard is your home screen in Servantium. It gives you a snapshot of your organization’s engagement pipeline, recent activity, and quick access to the things that need your attention.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard is divided into two main areas: stat cards at the top and a recent engagements table below.
Stat cards
Four summary cards appear across the top of the dashboard:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Accounts | Total number of clients/accounts in your organization |
| Active Engagements | Count of all engagements currently in an “Active” status |
| Pending Quotes | Count of all quotes awaiting approval or client signature |
| Total Value | Sum of all quote totals across the organization (displayed as currency) |
Recent Engagements
The main panel shows a table of your recent engagements with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Engagement | Engagement name (bold) |
| Client | Linked account name (resolved from the account reference) |
| Status | Color-coded status chip (Draft, Active, On Hold, etc.) |
| Last Modified | Relative timestamp (e.g., “3 days ago,” “Just now”) |
| Value | Sum of all quote totals for the engagement (currency formatted) |
Click any row to navigate directly to that engagement’s workspace.
Navigation structure
Servantium uses a sidebar navigation on desktop and a bottom tab bar on mobile.
Deep Linking & URLs
Every screen, tab, and record in Servantium has a unique, shareable URL. You can bookmark specific engagements, seamlessly use your browser’s back and forward buttons, and share direct links to specific pages with colleagues.
Desktop navigation
The left sidebar contains five main sections:
| Icon | Label | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Dashboard | Overview and high-level stats |
| Briefcase | Engagements | All engagements list and workspace |
| Groups | Clients | Accounts and contacts |
| Person | Resources | Resource management and capacity |
| Folder | Files | Organization files and attachments |
| Gear | Settings | Organization configuration |
The sidebar can be collapsed (icon-only, 72px wide) or expanded (icons with labels, 250px wide) by clicking the arrow button at the top.
Mobile navigation
On screens narrower than 600px, the sidebar is replaced by a bottom navigation bar with the same main sections. A floating action button (+) in the bottom-right corner provides quick access to create a new engagement.
Top bar
The top app bar contains:
- Servantium logo (left) — Always visible
- Global Search — Quickly find engagements, accounts, contacts, and quotes. Results appear in a floating overlay and navigate directly to the item.
- Create Engagement button — Quick action to start a new engagement (hidden on very small screens; use the floating action button instead)
- Help/Training button — Access the onboarding tutorial and help resources
- Profile menu — Account settings, organization switcher, and sign out
Quick actions
Creating an engagement
