New Features

• Auto Numbering: Organization administrators can now configure automatic sequential numbering for specific objects (like engagements) by setting a starting number in Settings. When enabled, the Name field automatically becomes read-only and displays a lock icon during creation to prevent manual overrides.
• Quote Section Tags: Updating tags on a quote section now automatically re-evaluates all line items within that section against the latest Service Catalog rates.
• Quote Sidebar: The quote editor now features a collapsible left sidebar for navigating and managing nested quote sections.
• Quote Actions Menu: Quote-level actions (like AI generation, document creation, and resource planning) are now consolidated into a menu at the top of the quote sidebar.
• Optional Line Items: You can now mark specific line items as “Optional”. Optional items are excluded from the section and overall quote totals, allowing you to present alternative options without inflating the bottom line. This applies to both active quotes and quote templates.
• Quote Group Reordering: You can now instantly reorder quote groups and sub-groups using drag-and-drop in the sidebar. The UI updates immediately without waiting for the server.
• Quote Progress Indicators: A progress bar now displays at the top of the quote table to clearly indicate when background saving or AI generation is in progress.
• Copyable Section Totals: The cost, markup, discount, and total values in quote section headers can now be highlighted and copied to your clipboard.

Fixes & Improvements

• Dialog & Creation Routing: Fixed an issue where creating new records from global plus buttons or nested dialogs would sometimes fail to route correctly to the newly created record’s workspace.
• Resource Plan Deletions: Removing a resource assignment from the planning grid now prompts with a safety confirmation dialog to prevent accidental deletions, and is instantly reflected on the screen without waiting for the background deletion to finish.
• UI Formatting: Fixed a styling issue where error text in dynamic data fields would not consistently inherit the correct error colors.
• Large Quote Support: Generating AI quotes or applying massive quote templates that exceed 500 items is now fully supported through chunked batch processing.
• Quote Menu Interactions: The quote actions and section options menus now open reliably on click rather than hover, preventing accidental closures.
• Quote Template Stability: Editing line item fields (name, cost, markup, formula) in Quote Templates now smoothly preserves your text cursor position, preventing cursor jumping or losing focus while typing.
• Integration Syncing: Outbound integrations now correctly detect when the evaluated result of a dynamic formula changes, ensuring data is synced to external systems even if the change is derived.
• Link Routing: Fixed deep link routing to nested tabs and child records. Opening a direct URL to a specific nested view will now correctly synchronize and load the complete state.
