Quick Start

Get up and running with Servantium in under 10 minutes. Create your organization, build your first engagement, generate a quote, and learn the engagement lifecycle.

Create your account

  1. Navigate to app.servantium.com and sign up with your work email.

  2. Set up your organization. Enter your company name, industry, and team size. This helps Servantium tailor the experience.

  3. Invite your team. Add colleagues who will be building engagements, creating quotes, or managing delivery.

Create your first engagement

  1. Click Create Engagement in the top bar (or the + button on mobile).

  2. If your organization has engagement templates configured, select a type. Otherwise, a blank engagement is created.

  3. Update the engagement name on the Info tab (e.g., “Acme Corp — CRM Implementation”).

  4. Link an account (client company) and contact. You can create both inline if they don’t exist yet.

  5. Add notes from your initial conversations. These notes power AI features later — the more context, the better.

Tip

Start with your most common engagement type. Once you have built one end-to-end, you will have a pattern for future work.

Build a quote

Navigate to the Quotes tab within your engagement:

  1. Click Create to add a new quote and give it a title.

  2. Click Add Section to create a pricing group (e.g., “Discovery & Requirements”).

  3. Add line items within each section. Start typing the item name — Servantium suggests items from your Service Catalog with default costs and markups.

  4. Set quantities, costs, and markup for each item. Totals calculate automatically.

  5. Review the estimate total bar at the bottom for a summary of cost, markup, and total.

  6. Or skip manual entry and click the AI generate button (sparkle icon) to have AI build the quote from your notes and similar past engagements.

Generate a proposal

Once your quote is complete:

  1. With your quote selected, click the Generate Document button (pen icon).

  2. Select a document template from the dialog.

  3. Servantium merges your engagement data, quote details, and organization information into a professional PDF.

  4. The generated document appears in the engagement’s Documents tab. Click to view it in the built-in PDF viewer.

Note

Documents are snapshots. When you update your quote, generate a new document to reflect the latest scope and pricing.
