New Features

  • Integration Errors: Added an Errors tab to the Integrations screen, making it easy for administrators to search and review any issues with data syncing.
  • Smart Document Prompts: When generating a document, if the selected template is missing information (like a missing contact name or address), Servantium now prompts you to fill it in directly. This ensures documents are complete and automatically saves the new info back to your records.
  • Selective Slideshow Fields: You can now check “Remove from Slideshow” on individual engagement fields. This lets you collect internal notes without accidentally showing them during client presentations.
  • Document Previews: The system is now smarter at previewing how your information will look in final documents, correctly identifying custom data before you generate the file.
  • Real-Time Collaboration: When multiple people are working on the same record at the same time, your active edits will no longer be overwritten by background saves.
  • Demo Environments: Upgraded our internal tools to instantly generate realistic, industry-specific demo accounts with rich data to better showcase Servantium.
  • Enhanced Document Placeholders: Document templates can now automatically pull in exact system IDs for engagements, quotes, and accounts.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Document Previews: Fixed an issue where repeating lists in documents would sometimes show up as missing information.
  • Visual Updates: Fixed layout spacing and button sizes across the app, including the Integrations and Salesforce screens.
  • Resource Planning: Entering hours into the resource grid is now instant and smoother, saving your changes in the background without screen flickering.
  • Form Stability: Fixed issues where certain form fields would lose focus or show old data after making changes.
  • Form Design: Updated text and checkboxes for a cleaner, more consistent look.
  • Performance: Sped up loading times for files, catalog items, and integrations.
  • System Reliability: Made behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure the platform remains stable and responsive, especially when setting up new organizations.
