New Features

• Resource Plan Grouping: Resource assignments in cross-engagement planning grids are now automatically grouped by their parent engagement.
• Zero-Hour Row Visibility: Added the ability to hide or show resource assignments on the planning grid that have zero planned hours within the current view range.
• Resource Plan Sorting: The resource planning grid can now be sorted alphabetically by resource name or chronologically by assignment start date using the sort toggle in the toolbar.
• Smarter Integrations: When sending data to other systems, Servantium is now better at finding the right matching records (like accounts or contacts) automatically.
• Data Fallbacks: When importing or syncing data, you can now set backup values. If a primary piece of information is missing, the system will use your backup instead.
• Advanced Data Syncing: You can now combine and format data before sending it to external systems, like joining names or shortening IDs.
• Advanced CSV Imports: When importing data, you can now merge columns (like combining First Name and Last Name) directly during the import.
• Admin Tools: Added new tools for administrators to easily resync entire folders of information to external systems.

• Admin Safety: Added extra safeguards to our admin tools to prevent accidental data changes.
• Mobile Resource Planning: The planning grid is now easier to read and use on mobile devices.
• Performance: The resource planning grid now loads and scrolls much faster.
• Integration Errors: The new Errors tab makes it much easier to track down and fix syncing issues directly from the dashboard.
• System Reliability: Improved behind-the-scenes tracking to help our support team fix issues faster.
