• Linked Account & Contact Typeahead Search: Account and Contact selection on engagements has been upgraded to typeahead Autocomplete search fields with instant client filtering, search highlighting, email/phone matching, clear buttons, and inline creation buttons.
• Contact Typeahead Subcollection Cascade: Selecting or changing an Account automatically resets and scopes the Contact typeahead search to show only contacts belonging to the selected client account.
• Typeahead Search Fallback Hydration: Typeahead search fields automatically fall back to direct database queries if search indices yield no immediate hits, ensuring preselected records hydrate seamlessly.
• Quote Table Vertical Keyboard Traversal: Pressing Enter in any editable line item cell (Name, Quantity, Cost, Markup, Discount) commits the value and moves focus vertically to the same column in the next visible row, while Shift+Enter moves focus to the previous visible row.
• Smart Traversal Skipping: Keyboard navigation in quote tables automatically bypasses collapsed sections and search-filtered hidden rows, ensuring focus moves only across visible items.
• Rapid Row Creation on Enter: Pressing Enter on the final visible row in the quote table automatically creates a new line item and places focus in its first editable cell.
• Live Entity Variable Hydration: The Document Variables Panel automatically hydrates live snapshot values for ancestor entities (Engagement, Account, Contact, Quote) upon opening, ensuring variable forms always display real-time database values.
• Direct Snippet Management in Documents: Add new snippets or delete existing snippets directly within the Document Variables Panel, complete with deletion confirmation dialogs and real-time list updates.
• Instance-Scoped Snippets: Snippets in the Document Variables Panel are strictly scoped to instantiated snippets attached to the parent record, excluding uninstantiated library templates.
• Deduplicated Template Variable Priority: Template variable forms prioritize clean, unformatted variable names over piped filter expressions when deduplicating tags across dialogs and editing panels.
• Responsive Section Headers: Section sub-cards and collapsible panel headers automatically truncate long titles to prevent layout overflow on narrow viewports or when collapsed.
• Inline Embedded List & Section Properties: Edit embedded list variables (tabular properties) and mapped quote section attributes directly in the Document Variables Panel and Missing Information dialog, complete with dynamic column schema inference and deep equality checking.
• Visual Partitioning for Quote Sections: Section-mapped properties in the Document Variables Panel are partitioned into distinct sub-cards grouped by section name with section iconography and counts.
• Direct Subcollection Path Resolution: Section property writes resolve directly to child subcollection record paths (such as quote sections) rather than writing to parent documents.
• Global RBAC Disabling Confirmation: Disabling Role-Based Access Control globally on the Organization Info screen now prompts for explicit confirmation before removing access restrictions.
• Snippet Last Modified Indicator: Snippet cards in the document variables panel display a standardized last-modified indicator showing relative timestamps or a progress spinner during background saves.
• Jinja Whitespace & Loop Tag Filtering: Document template tag extraction supports Jinja whitespace control syntax ({%-, -%}, {{-, -}}) and filters out Jinja loop built-ins (such as loop.index) and loop-local variables from being incorrectly surfaced as independent top-level merge tags.
• Tenant Isolation Safeguards: Accessing document templates belonging to another organization is strictly blocked to enforce data isolation boundaries.

Fixes & Improvements

• Document Regeneration Snippet Skipping: Regenerating a document PDF safely skips missing or deleted engagement snippets rather than attempting to auto-create them, preserving intentional snippet removals.
